I recently received one of your health organizers and wanted to let you know what a wonderful product I think this is.

My husband has ALS and I am his primary caregiver. There is so much I have to remember to provide the care necessary for my husband to survive. I have often felt overwhelmed at the thought that should anything ever happen to me, who would be able to step into my shoes and know how to do all the things I store away in my head.

This organizer is a wonderful tool and I would recommend it to any caregiver, especially one dealing with such a complex illness as ALS. There are places to record everything that I do for my husband on a daily basis, as well as contact information for the many doctors and health professionals I have to deal with on a regular basis. I have recorded medicine/vitamin and tube feeding schedules, trach care, machine settings, supply information, medical history, just about everything. I could go on and on about all I have in this book. It is a valuable asset and I thank you for creating such a wonderful book.
